Mission, Vision and Values

Our mission, and the reason why we, as a small NHS organisation exist today, is:

“to provide first point of contact for day to day health advice and treatment”

Based on our aims and objectives, the vision of what we hope to be and our aspiration of achievement in the longer term is directed at:

“enhancing the health and well-being of our patients through the provision of high quality patient-centred care that’s local, accessible and co-ordinated”

The guiding principles that define the organisational culture and form the basis of our core values are shared amongst the GP partners and staff.  They are:

  • to treat all patients, staff and visitors with dignity and respect
  • to put equality and diversity at the heart of everything we do
  • to be accountable for our actions in an honest and open manner
  • to go above and beyond in providing outstanding health care
