Making an appointment

The appointments line can be contacted on 01924 33445.  Please note that our phone lines are extremely busy between 8am and 11am therefore please bear with us whilst we answer your call. Your patience and understanding in this matter is much appreciated.

Alternatively you can book an appointment online by clicking the following buttons (PLEASE NOTE THIS SERVICE IS CURRENTLY SUSPENDED) Firstly, you need to obtain your login details from the surgery, please use the REGISTER FOR PATIENT SERVICES button below or call in and ask our friendly Care Navigators to print them off for you. Once you have these available, please go to https://SystmOnline.tpp-uk.com to be directed to the Patient Services appointment booking facility. You can also use the LOGIN TO PATIENT SERVICES button below. Please note that not all appointments are available and should you not find one that meets you requirements, then please contact the surgery.

Routine appointments can be booked either by telephone, face to face or via your Patient Services account. If you do not have Patient Services access to the appointments system please contact reception.  More information about this service can be found here. You can also download and print FORM A or FORM B.

Appointments are available between 8:00am and 17:45pm, Monday to Friday.

We currently offer appointments as follows:

  • pre-bookable – up to 2 weeks in advance
  • same day – on the day from 8am
  • face to face consultations
  • telephone consultations

The GPs have asked the Care Navigators to ask you a little bit about the reason for your appointment. This is so that they can direct you to the best healthcare professional to help deal with your problem. The GP isn’t always the best person for the job!

If you require an urgent same day appointment after all the available same day appointments have been booked, you will be placed on a list for a Health Care Professional to call you back to assess/book you an appointment if required.

Please note that appointment slots are for 10 minutes duration only and for one patient per appointment slot.    This allows us to monitor and cope with the demand for patient consultations.  If you have other family members who accompany you that require a consultation, please advise reception when making your appointment.  If you have more than one problem to discuss, it is advisable to request a double appointment which provides a 20 minute consultation period.  For more details click here.
