We are pleased to welcome new patients who live in our catchment area. The quickest and easiest way to register is on-line. However if you are unable to do that, you can still complete a registration form by hand. Please contact reception and ask for a new registration form.
Practice Area
The following map shows our Practice boundary area. We are only staffed to accept patients who live within our boundary area. Please check if your post code is within the practice boundary before registering.
Catchment Area
Temporary Residents
If you are ill while away from home or if you are not registered with a doctor but need to see one, you can receive immediately necessary treatment for up to 14 days as a temporary resident within our catchment area. This will allow you to be on our list but still remain a patient of your permanent Practice. After 12 weeks you will be deducted from our list.

Patients have a right to register with a Practice of their choice providing that they live within the catchment area of the Practice. Anyone who is in the UK can receive NHS care from this GP practice. This includes homeless people, people recently released from prison or in contact with the criminal justice system and service men and women leaving the armed forces. Nationality or immigration status is not relevant in giving people entitlement to register. This means that overseas visitors, whether lawfully in the UK or not, are also eligible to register even if those visitors are not eligible for secondary care services.
Registration and appointments will not be withheld because a patient can not provide proof of ID, address, immigration status or NHS number. This evidence is only helpful to ensure that we register the correct person, especially for moving the correct medical records from another GP Practice.
