We no longer give out tests results over the telephone. This is to keep our telephone lines free and staff available to help patients who need to see a health care professional. All tests results are now shown within the NHS App. You can view these 24 hours day, 365 days a week. To download the NHS App, please click here
If your test results are abnormal and we need to see you to discuss starting medication or arrange further tests, a member of staff will contact you. If you can not see your test results in the NHS App within a week of having your blood test, then please contact the surgery so that we can follow this up.
Please note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate to unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results themselves.
